Born in a third world country, Jeff
immigrated from Parkenyastan in
1974. He stowed away on a black
market boat full of tropical birds
heading towards Pet Smart. He was
alone, cold and tired when a gypsy
woman swept him up into her arms.
She taught him how to tell people's
fortunes. He also had a hidden talent
for guessing weights and ages of
random people. This would later pay
off as his career as a carnival freak
evolved. Being an actual full fledged
Gypsy man, He can put an actual
curse on you if you piss him off, so
don't. Jeff is a heck of a singer!
Broadway showtunes seem to be
another hidden talent. If you see him,
give him a shiny quarter, he will gladly
preform for you like a rabid street
monkey.
Also an avid roller-skater, Jeff
absolutely refuses to say goodbye to
the 70's.With his big hair flying in the
wind. He can often times be seen
rollerskating down the suburbs of
Montgomery County wearing his knee
high tube socks, coaches shorts and
half shirt. "Hot" is a word often used
to describe Jeff. Mostly by men, but
they still use that word to describe
him.
